Welcome to Exponent, a stock exchange platform where creators can raise capital directly from their followers. By accessing or using Exponent, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Exponent. By using Exponent, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing your name, email, designation, and social media handles. Creators must also provide their brand names, logos, and content from existing platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Use of In-App Currency (STX)

STX is the in-app currency, with 1 STX equivalent to 1 USD. STX cannot be used as legal tender outside the application. Transaction fees are applicable based on the payment gateway used.

Content Ownership and Licenses

We use creators' content from their existing platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook) with proper recognition and rights. By providing your content, you grant us the rights to use and license this content for the purposes of operating the platform.

User Conduct

Users must not engage in malpractices such as insider trading or using the platform for illegal activities. Any such actions will result in account termination.

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees are applicable based on the payment gateway used. These fees will be disclosed to users during the transaction process.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered if the user wants to close their account and withdraw their money. Specific conditions apply as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Exponent does not guarantee the accuracy of information on the platform or the performance of virtual assets. Users should conduct thorough research before investing. The platform may be addictive.
